About the Game and Creator

I am a long time degen. Won some, lost some. I wanted to create a fun memecoin related game, in which I could combine:

1. Funny way to find out quickly what tokens are trending within the last 24 hours, so I didn't have to do endless Dexscreener and Twitter scrolling.
2. Paper trading. Many times I keep thinking what if I took that trade. But I didn't bother to track it so I don't remember what my entry would have been.
3. I often want to short some token because I know it is going to 0 and you really can't do that on new pairs.
4. An even playing field. With so much insider info, bundling and straight up crime going on-chain, I wanted something that showed whose shitcoin intuition is actually better.
5. Somekind of monetary reward for being right.

So I built Degendle - a daily game where you can test your meme coin intuition without risking real money. Every day, the system creates a list of 20 trending tokens, based mostly on trading volume and token creation time (heavy emphasis on newly created coins).

Each player get served random 5 tokens per round. 10 seconds to decide per token: Long or Short. Pure gut feeling based on meme, ticker, recent price chart and few token KPIs.

The game works in 24 hour cycles. You can participate at any point during that 24 hours. After 24 hour cycle comes to an end, game calculates everybody's PnL and posts Top 10 to the Telegram bot.

Telegram Bot works as a login tool, this way I can make sure that each player (Telegram user) can participate only once per round and that I can find the round winner. Some useful commands for the bot include:

1. /start - Get login link for the web app.
2. /live - Shows your current round live PnL, updates every 10 minutes.
3. /leaderboard - Print the Top 10 from previous round.
4. /timer - Tells you how long until the round resets.

For now all winnings in the game are in SOL and are rewarded manually by me. Don't except any big rewards. API queries are surprisingly expensive and I am unsurprisingly poor.

P.S. This game doesn't have and will not have a token. No wallet connections are required to anything. Anybody "related to the game" who asks you for something is a scammer. And obvisouly, DYOR. Tokens shown in the game are literally just the most traded tokens of the day with some extra filters. Serisously, don't do any real money related decisions based on this game.
